Kim Cattrall
Kim Victoria Cattrall, born 21 August 1956, is a British-Canadian actress. Her performance in the role of Samantha Jones in HBO's Sex and the City (1998-04) earned her five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations. In 2002, she also won the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. The role was reprised in the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010).
Cattrall's film debut was in Rosebud (1975) The film was her debut, and she would go on to play numerous roles on television. The 1980s saw she rose to prominence with films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984) and City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China(86), Mannequin (87), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988) and The Return of the Musketeers (1989).
